Shipping & Delivery Policy
Packaging:
We ensure optimal packaging to guarantee the product arrives in the condition you saw it. If you receive a product in poor condition, please contact us immediately for assistance and replacement.
Important Note:
To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure all address details and phone numbers are correctly entered when placing your order.
Delivery Within Kuwait:
- Cost: delivery are FREE for all areas within Kuwait.
- Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within one business day for ready-to-ship products. Customized products will have a delivery timeframe determined by a sales representative.
Delivery to Gulf Countries:
- Cost: The shipping and delivery cost is 6 KWD per kilogram.
- Courier Services: We partner with three certified shipping companies (Aramex, DHL, TNT) selected based on the customer's region for their speed and accuracy. We also prioritize delivery-related services such as shipment tracking to ensure prompt delivery.
- Timeframe: Orders will be delivered within 7 business days for ready-to-ship products. Customized products will have a delivery timeframe determined by a sales representative.
- Delays: Any delays beyond the expected delivery time are beyond our control and are due to the carrier's issues.
- Receipt Confirmation: Upon receiving the goods, we or our logistics partner will request your electronic or written signature on the invoice, which confirms receipt of the complete order as per the invoice.
- Absence at Delivery Address: If you are not present at the specified address, we or our logistics partner will deliver the goods to anyone present at the address and obtain their signature on the invoice. This will be considered as the customer receiving the goods.
- Undelivered Goods: If delivery cannot be completed at the specified address, please contact us to arrange another delivery date. The company is not responsible for any undelivered goods after 30 days from the purchase date.
