Return and Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is subject to the following conditions and in accordance with the laws of Kuwait:

• Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with intact tags and protection stickers, in the same new condition as received. (Return in their original condition).
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been misused, experimented with, installed, or altered.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products produced or manufactured according to consumer specifications (such as distributions and others...).
• Products cannot be returned to local retail stores. You can return or exchange them in case of a manufacturing defect.
• If the sent product is incorrect, we bear the shipping costs for returning and sending the new order without the customer incurring any costs.
• If the sent product is correct and based on the customer's request and desires to return or exchange the order, the customer bears all the shipping costs for returning and exchanging.
• In the case of order cancellation before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through the account from which the transfer was made .
