If the product does not meet your expectations, you have a 24-hour period to request a refund.
Exceptions
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that are produced or manufactured according to customer specifications (such as custom distributions).
- Products cannot be returned at local retail stores.
- Products damaged due to poor packaging or handling by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- For promotional offers such as "buy one get one free," all products included in the offer must be returned together.
Refund Policy
- Only the value of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping charges, cash on delivery fees, or discount voucher values.
- If you paid for your order by credit card, Apple Pay, or pay later option, we will refund your money through the same payment method.
- If you paid cash on delivery, we will ask you to provide your bank account details for the refund transfer or the refunded amount will be issued to your site wallet.
